Wasteland 3: A Complex Story of Survival and Strategy

Wasteland 3 is the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed releases of Wasteland 2 and Wasteland 2: Director's Cut. Developed by InXile Entertainment, this party-based role-playing game is set in the savage lands of frozen Colorado, where survival is difficult and a happy outcome is never guaranteed. The game offers a renewed focus on complex story reactivity and strategic combat, and includes vehicles, environmental dangers, and a revamped, more fluid action system.

Players can play by themselves or with a friend in story-driven synchronous or asynchronous multiplayer, where choices open up or close off mission opportunities, areas to explore, story arcs, and lots of other content. In addition, the Ranger Base is a core part of the experience, where players help the local people and establish a reputation in Colorado. The quests and narrative will force players to make decisions on how to lead, facing difficult moral choices and making sacrifices that will change the game world.

The game features a deep and engaging story utilizing a newly-revamped dialog tree system from the celebrated writers of Torment: Tides of Numenera. Wasteland 3 is a must-play for fans of the role-playing game genre, and is set to release in late 2019 on Xbox One.
